With this order form you can order both hardware and software products from StepOver. If you don’t wish to order any article from a product group please select the option "None" or "0 units".

Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal orders for the moment.

Conditions of purchase:

1) PAYMENT METHOD

Delivery is by COD (COD charges are included in the global shipping costs). Other payment methods can be agreed for large companies/institutions.

2) SHIPPING COSTS:

a) €0 if delivery only consists of software products and the option "I would like the ordered software for download" is checked.

b) €10 for all orders within Germany (regardless of the ordered quantity).

c) €20 for all orders outside Germany and within the EU (regardless of the ordered quantity).

d) For deliveries to countries outside the EU, real shipping costs, customs charges, etc. are calculated.

3) DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery time is usually 3-14 working days. If an article is not directly available or the delivery time will be longer for any other reason, we will inform you about the delay by e-mail or telephone within the normal term of delivery.

4) PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

StepOver GmbH will only use your data for the processing of this order, for which you hereby declare to agree that your personal data is stored and processed.

5) RIGHT OF CANCELLATION:

Information regarding the legal right of cancellation.

As an individual, entitled to purchase objects (e.g. products) or services for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your business or self-employed professional activity, you have the following right of cancellation:

You can cancel the contractual acceptance (e.g. order, agreement) within two weeks without indicating the reason by written notice (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the object. This period starts at the earliest when this instruction is received in written form, in the case of delivery of goods not before the day of their receipt, in case of service provisions not before the day the contract is concluded. If this instruction is not provided in written form until after conclusion of the contract, the period will be one month instead of two weeks. In order to meet the cancellation time-limit, the service cancellation or object (e.g. the product) should be sent on time. The cancellation should be addressed to:

Consequences of the cancellation:

In the event of cancellation, the products should be returned and any payments received (e.g. interests) should be refunded. If you cannot return the product or can only do so in deteriorated condition, you have the right to a value replacement. This is not applicable when the deterioration of the returned objects can be exclusively attributed to their testing, as would have been the case in the retail shop. For deterioration that is produced during the intended use of the object, no value replacement can be reimbursed.

6) CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASING CONTRACT:

The purchasing contract is only concluded when our order confirmation is sent. The issue of the order confirmation can also be replaced by the direct sending of the purchased good.

7) RESERVATION OF TITLE:

The ordered goods remain the exclusive property of StepOver GmbH until the complete receipt of payment.

8) INSTRUCTIONS ON PROCESSING:

Please take into account that we can only process forms that are filled in completely and correctly.
