With the naturaSign Pad Mobile, the StepOver development team have taken note of the growing trend for ever-larger displays to enable convenient, easy handling. The naturaSign Pad Mobile is specifically developed for the demands of mobile usage, including field sales. Thanks to the large LCD screen, the super-slim design (less than 1cm deep) and its curved edges, the naturaSign Pad Mobile is also an extremely compact, yet sturdy and comfortable, device for signature capture.    

Every naturaSign Pad Mobile has a unique digital signature certificate (2048-bit RSA Private Key), which the Pad’s internal signature generation device uses to securely sign the document. The certificate also enables the validator of the signed document to precisely allocate each signature to a specific Signature Pad. There is also a Public Key for a second key pair (RSA 2048-bit), generated by a notary, which is found in the Signature Pad’s processor. The key ensures that the biometric data is already encrypted on the Pad. As a result, this extremely sensitive data is never found in decrypted form in the unsecured ‘computer’ environment (e.g. in the internal memory). The private key of this second key pair is stored securely with the notary.
 
The unique security concept of StepOver Signature Pads guarantees the user the best possible security verification, as this is the only way the user can prove they have never misused the signature’s biometric data (e.g. through intercepting the memory and copying the data into another document).

This StepOver signature pad has been developed and manufactured by StepOver GmbH in Germany. Thereby we safe jobs in Europe.

The enlarged black-and-white screen means that this pad offers even more space for signatures: even scrawled handwriting is no longer a problem. The tried-and-tested “rotate” function enables you to turn the signature line 180°, so left-handers can also sign comfortably.

Now you can insert individual text on the screen, as well as position interactive buttons or your company logo. The high-resolution LCD ensures that your inserts will be clearly displayed. 

The new, flat touch display coupled with easy-care casing offers a convenient method of signing, with no sharp edges or corners. Grime doesn’t stand a chance!

A pad with LCD screen that’s flatter than a CD case and therefore saves you plenty of space e.g. can be taken with you in a laptop bag. Nonetheless, it’s very stable and meets the demands of daily use whilst on the move! The standard micro USB connection enables you to select your preferred connection lead length.

The integrated LCD display shows the signature in real time and can be used to insert text, graphics, document extracts and interactive buttons.

On the back, the signature device contains two screw holes for table and wall mounting; mounting accessories are available separately. It is ideally suited to for use in the automatic verification of acquired biometric data due to its exceptionally high resolution.

The naturaSign Pad Mobile is provided with a lateral holder for secure storage of the pen during transport, as well as a vertical POS holder for when the pad is in use. The pen (naturaPen) is held on a chord. Thanks to the innovative material it is made from, the pen is extremely abrasion resistant, also protecting the sensor from scratches. The material used in naturaPen is also 100% safe.

Thanks to the “Encrypted HID Standard”, driver installation is not required for W2000, XP, Vista, Win7, Linux and MAC OSX. The internal real-time clock provides each transmitted signature with a GMT date stamp from the internal, tamper-proof clock. In addition to the display, the status LED indicates the operation mode (Off/No connection, Orange/Stand-by, Green/Signature recording).

This is a CO2-neutral product. The use of a signature pad saves thousands of sheets of paper. Moreover, in cooperation with the German non-profit association PrimaKlima Weltweit e.V., 10 m² of new trees are planted for each StepOver signature pad sold. The materials used are suitable for recycling, e.g. the old signature pad casing can be reused later for a new product.
