Add a personal signature to your Word documents

The free StepOver Word PlugIn can be used to acquire signatures with a StepOver signature pad and insert them into a Word document.

The functions of the Word PlugIn

The plug-in installs four macro buttons in Word. These perform the following tasks:

Functions of the macro buttons from left to right:

• Configuration of the signature pad
• Signature acquisition and insertion
• Secure the document from modifications with password protection
• Set the default size for the signature field

Documents signed with the Word plug-in can be displayed and edited (without additional software) in any Word application. However, the signed documents have no greater legal validity with the inserted signature image.

• The StepOver pad driver for communication with the signature pads from the StepOver product family.
• The StepOver Word PlugIn is free of charge and, therefore, includes no support.
