The visitor, employee, patient or customer registers in advance online or on site at the terminal. He confirms the measures and rules individually defined for this area by clicking on menu items on the signature pad screen.

Example:

• I do not have cold symptoms
• I have disinfected my hands
• I will wear an FFP2 mask throughout my visit
• I have not had any conscious contact with a Covid19 patient in the last 10 days

This is then confirmed with the handwritten electronic signature. This legally compliant document is then filed and stored - securely, retrievably, effectively and without any bureaucratic effort.
