Uploads PDF documents in the online signature service webSignatureOffice
Software available in different versions
PrintToWeb is a virtual printer that you can activate from any application with a printing function, just like a normal printer. PrintToWeb generates a fully searchable PDF document that is then automatically uploaded onto the online signature service "webSignatureOffice" server. This can be signed online using your smartphone, tablet, signature pad, or a certificate-based signature.
After starting the printer via the PrintToWeb printer, the customer will be asked for their login details of the online signature service "webSignatureOffice". Using the login details, the encrypted (TLS) PDF document can be uploaded to the webSignatureOffice application for signature. The login details can also be stored in an encrypted form so that the customer does not have to re-enter the details in the future.
With an account on the online signature service webSignatureOffice, customers can sign all the uploaded PDF documents themselves in different ways, and/or send them to business partners for signature.
