Software available in different versions
The StepOver PDF Producer is a virtual printer. It can be operated as a normal printer from any application with a print function. The PDF Producer creates a fully searchable PDF file, also having embedded fonts if required (no image PDFs). Multipage documents, free format selection support, and A0-format prints are also possible.
A "Save File As" dialog box opens by default when the PDF Producer is started. However, it is also possible to automatically copy the documents into a specific folder or add numbers to the file name, if necessary.
Alternatively, an external program may be used to transfer the document as a start parameter, so that it can be further processed immediately after printing. All necessary settings may be adjusted and applied by configuring the PDF Producer.
The StepOver PDF Producer can be installed optionally with our signature software eSignatureSuite.
